Rehydration of organic dried fruits
Natural products are treated naturally. We were the first supplier in Germany to add organic soft fruit to our product range back in 1999. Soft fruits are organic dried fruits that taste similar to fresh fruit thanks to the rehydration process. During the rehydration of the dried fruits, each product is treated individually according to the customer’s specifications, giving it a soft, juicy consistency. This is achieved solely by adding water. Subsequent heat treatment (pasteurization) ensures the product’s microbiological stability and thus preserves it.
