How reporting works:

File reference – You will be given a file reference for every report. Write it down and keep it confidential. Only with this file reference can the reporting office provide you with information on the status of the procedure.

Anonymous processing of your report – If you wish, your report will be processed completely anonymously. This is possible via the online reporting tool. Even if you disclose your identity, it will remain exclusively with the reporting office and will not be passed on to our company without your explicit consent. This effectively protects you from potential disadvantages.

Independent and professional processing of your report – Your reports are handled by external, experienced lawyers. An independent intermediary is available to you throughout the entire process to answer any questions related to a report.

If you feel that your concern is not adequately addressed by our company’s internal reporting office, you also have the option of submitting a report to a separately established external reporting office.
